Ashoka East Africa, CARE, and the Austrian Development Agency invite you to join our monthly series of webinars from July to December. 

This series will be engaging leading social entrepreneurs and change-leaders from different sectors, with every session designed to highlight solutions around COVID-19 and beyond, and other topics as surfaced from our network across Africa. These sessions will also give you a deeper understanding of Ashoka’s work and our vision towards an ‘Everyone a Changemaker’ world while offering networking and collaborating opportunities.

On November 5, 2020, the fourth interactive session of the series on „Managing Talent and Organsiation“ will feature Ashoka Fellow Haron Wachira, founder of Akili Holdings, a highly automated and distributed company, deliberately structured to be primarily owned by subsistence farmers of Kenya’s rural areas. Wachira was elected an Ashoka Fellow in 2010 for his ‘entire value chain’ intervention model for rural wealth creation.
